Caorle in a Glass - MORNING

Find in our wines the singular character of the Venetian land and the Caorle lagoon.

We'll tell you the story of our vineyards, planted on a strip of land reclaimed from the lagoon through the drainage work of our grandfather Mario in 1939. Of the lagoon that still surrounds them, you'll sense the salt in the air, the scent of artemisia, the breeze carrying the rustle of the marsh reeds and the calls of the geese, herons, ducks and ibises that live there. The vines that grow in this generous soil give back their richness in the wine: in the glass we find a pronounced minerality and a wide range of aromas, a pleasing contrast that makes our wines faithful witnesses to this land.

Our experience begins with a walk through the vineyard and the thinking behind our sustainable viticulture — respectful of the land and its fruits. In the harvest season, strolling among the vines, we taste the different grapes, savouring their flavours and then seeking them out again in the glass during the tasting. The visit continues in the cellar with a short look at our winemaking techniques, and closes with a tasting of the wines.
