Day Trip to Venice - aboard the "Motonave (tour-boat) Caorle"

Sail from Caorle to Venice along the open Adriatic, past the beaches of the Venetian coast, and step ashore just moments from Piazza San Marco. A full day to experience the city at your own pace.

Setting off from Caorle's picturesque fishing harbour ("Porto Peschereccio"), right in the heart of town, we cross the harbour — hemmed in on either side by long rows of moored boats — and the Canale dell'Orologio, before heading out into the open sea and setting our course for Venice.

Carried by a warm breeze and the scent of the sea, we follow the coastline past the beaches of Eraclea, Jesolo and Cavallino, until the great spectacle opens up before us: the proud palaces of Venice, Piazza San Marco...

We dock along the Riva degli Schiavoni, just steps from the great Piazza. From here our time begins — time to "live Venice" among its "calli" and "campielli" (the narrow lanes and little squares), its churches and museums, palaces and canals, in a romance all its own.
