Lagoon, winery and tasting: a one-of-a-kind experience. Following in Hemingway's wake, sail up the Caorle lagoon to the La Frassina estate for a winery visit and wine tasting, then glide back across the water as the afternoon softens.

- 14:30 — Departure from the jetty; sailing up the Caorle lagoon by boat
- 15:15 — Arrival at La Frassina: a ride on a tractor-drawn farm wagon, winery visit, wine tasting with food samples
- 17:30 — Boat trip through the Caorle lagoon
- 18:45 — Arrival back at the jetty
Price €450 for up to 7 people; each additional guest €20, up to a maximum of 10 (full capacity)
